Well, I guess that Mr.Cameron is a bit busy right now, but I'm sure that if someone mentions this PRS gang to him, perhaps he will add it to his (long) list of things to sort out. It certainly sounds like yet another gouge to me. Here's my advice:- all hospitals should refuse to pay, but otherwise carry on as before! What are they going to do ... close down the whole NHS?

Otherwise, (in your case) what's 700 K divided by 15,000 staff members?

Meanwhile, I'm happy to say that where I work, not only do we all (supposedly) "sing from the same hymn-sheet", but also restrict ourselves to timeless favourites like "Onward Christian Soldiers". No royalities to pay there, as far as I am aware. smile

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

We work in a basement and you need to go through 3 or 4 swipe card doors to check what we're listening to. Get my drift gents...?

In response we have set up a male voice choir, unfortunately if there are more than 2 of us singing at one time we'll need a music licence.

And the rest of us ear plugs!!

Amazed at the costs involved. None of that howhar here...........Yet rolleyes
