We are using Quantel Derma http://www.quantel-derma.com/ for dermatology and cosmetics and
biolitec lasers http://www.biolitec.de/products.html?&L=0 for surgery.

For laryngology Olympus Celon lasers.

Once they get passed the Wow! Gee Whiz stage (which may not last very long) ... they will probably become more interested in the quality of service support!

Once you've done the "How To Become An Ace Salesman" course (or, read the book ... or, better yet, tagged along behind an actual No.1 Sales Guy for a while), then all you need to do is read the brochure (of each new piece of kit)!

I have seen super-salesmen do this, with great success.

I hasten to point out here that I am not talking about myself, of course. frown
