Error 40.00000 is mean that power switch faulty
1) Switch the device off and on several times at the main switch. 2) Check main switch and cable harness assembly. 3) Check connection to connector X12 on Control PCB. 4) Replace the master switch.
Power switch is faulty

Note: The master switch has several switching contacts. The safety software checks whether all switching contacts switch at the same time. This error might be triggered by the safety software due to a slow switching of the master switch. As a rule, operate the master switch fast.

If the event of switching differences, the safety software may prevent the device from being switched off during operation. If this is the case, switch the device to Standby mode first, confirm the alarms, and then switch off the device.

Please verify error 40.0002 theres no error listed
if error 40.0012
DC internal interrupted.

Note: This may also occur if the internal fuse F3 is not installed or if the internal battery is exhausted.
1) Check fuse for internal battery.

2) Check cable connections to internal rechargeable batteries.

3) See error code 40.0010
