i have a problem with a HDI 1500 system , when operating the following appears :

"AT LEAST ONE SERVICE OR DRIVER FAILED DURING SYSTEM STARTUP , USE EVENT VIEWER TO EXAMINE THE EVENT LOG FOR DETAILS"
when pressing OK , it completes and another msg appears :
"DEBUG ASSERTION FAILLED "
"c:/MAINSYS/BIN/HDI1500.EXE "
"FILE : D:/GAIATCLAYER/SRC/MSGPOOL.CPP"
"LINE : 247 "
"SEE VIRTUAL C ++ DOCUMENT AND ASSERT ... "
" ABORT .. RETRY ... IGNORE "

Tried to press ABORT , it goes back to main Windows of the PC , RETRY keep it uploading and never complete , IGNORE guided me to the main screen of the ultrasound , but the probes didnt work ,

Please anyone have any idea about it ? any got service manual ?

thanks , i will tru the uds as well , how can i reprogram it , ariel ? i noticed that an error msg appears when booting up that concerns Serial Port number 2 . any got any connection diagram at least ? thanks again
