Other than that, if you get your list to me, and make some funding available, I could be willing to reprise my role of scrounger-in-chief and travel around visiting the hospitals and auction houses etc. on your behalf digging out the stuff you need. If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

Failing that, you could set up a website or blog and get your requirements listed on there ... with a link from this forum in order to "spread the word" - right across the world. After all, there is (I believe) quite a thriving market in parts for medical equipment in the part of the world where you are. Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines ... etc. If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
