David,
Can Tyco not help you out - or do they want a fortune for the service manual?
Robert

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

Hi David

Huw is correct that Tyco were swallowed up by Covidien some time ago.

Have you actually tried an internet search for the manual as it seems to be freely available? But there are no full circuit diagrams it seems.

It is generally the case with this type of equipment that as you are using the company’s disposables the equipment, servicing and maintenance are supplied free of charge to the user. Is this not what happens with your equipment?

Frank has a copy of the manual, click here for user & maintenance manual…

Also at Covidien…

Good luck - John smile

Thanks for the Replies indeed,
The customer brought the unit to us for a reapir,I must say i didnt really ask the history etc,I am wondering wether they should actually have it in the first place!
The links to the information sadly are for a different version ,they show a LCD displays, where ours has a red LED display ,I guess ours is a lot older hence the customer has it to feed somthing he maybe not really allowed to.
