I have service manual for Medonic CA 530
I need the codes Code 1 and Code 2 printed on the diluent and lyse box, and the lot number and expire date, from the reagents you are using.

That plea for help was made in November 2011, Ahmed.

Hopefully, the problem has been resolved by now.

But - are you suggesting that it may have been caused by out-of-date reagents? Possibly so, but (just out of interest) in what way do they deteriorate? And would they still be usable (although perhaps not "legal" to use) - or at least good enough for testing purposes - if still sealed in original containers? think

Welcome to the forum, by the way. smile

INDICATION 202
The transfer time of the sample from the mixing cup towards the WBC measuring chamber is too long. This can be caused by :
a. Too low capacity of the waste pump.
b. A too large sample volume in the prediluted mode.
c. Shorting between the electrodes 3 and 4 in the mixing cup
d. Blockage in the center electrode (3). Rinse with a needle.

Press <CE> and perform a PRIME from the system flow menu to restore the system.

I think Ahmed can help you, Alex

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.
