Hope you are all well. Been a while since I stopped at the forum so a verrrrrrrry belated happy new year to all. Getting down to business, we are stuck with a Quinton 3000 ETT with Q55 treadmill with the following problems:
1. Initially when we tried to go to calibrations, the auto-calibration cycle would start and complete but grades did not change. The display would sometime show 'grade error' message as well.
2. We used a Quinton 645 controller and the machines works just fine with it.
3. Used a Quinton 4500 console and still works fine, so no problem in the treadmill
4. Took out all the boards of 3000 did dry-soldering, put them back and now the Grades are working just perfecting from 0 to 27 but the speed control has gone.
5. If we bring down the speed to zero using a different console, then then do a calibration cycle using Q3000, the speed goes upto 8, but does not come back down.
Any help would be much appreciated.
