I have managed to totally reset one of these vents by using a walkie-talkie near it (in a controlled test situation I might add). They seem particularly prone to RF interference. Was anyone using a radio transmitter or telephone near it at the time?
Robert
PS It went in to fault mode and had to have a total reset before it would operate again.

dear Rojo
it's a good point you have mentioned. but there is no RF source near it.

How many times (and how often, and at what time of day) has this happened, I wonder? think

Although you have suggested that the mains power supply is OK, that's where I would suspect the problem might lay. It would be nice to put a UPS in circuit and see (listen) how many times it bleeps!

َActually it's connected to ups and i checked there was no interrupt in power line.
abnormal restart almost happens every 3 min approximately.

How about the output from the UPS? Are you sure it's OK?

Have you actually been alongside the 760 when it re-boots? Any clues from indicator lights etc.?

No doubt you've already checked inside for "bad connections" ... and re-seated boards, and so forth.

Is there any NV-RAM in there? Battery-backed? What's the state of the battery? think

the problem solved!
the gear of motor that drive the piston shaft push it very hard, so sometimes the piston does not work probably.

Interesting. smile

So what was happening ... motor over-load causing a breaker to trip? Or an error signal causing a reset, or partial close-down? Or what?

Lack of maintenance?...oil for example?

no, i think it happens because of vibration and shaking in bad transportation.
