I am not sure what the difference is, if any, between the M2734A and M2734B, but the M2735A is Philips Toco+. In addition to being a Toco, the M2735A also is capable of measuring ECG/IUP.

The HP/Agilent/Philips numbering system usually changed a model A to a B when there was an upgrade or modification but no change in function.

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

I asked the same years ago and was told that this was the upgrade on the strain gauges but can confirm this. Anyway this could have just been a later release.
