Can anyone help with a service manual or the software recovery procedure.Machine will boot but does not enter the application software to display the ultrasound image,it hangs a completely with a black screen after the boot procedure and stays stuck there,any advise appreciated Thank you.

as my experince with Sonoace Ultrasound. if booting is the problem.
- we re format the harddrive. and re install the software. smile

All very well if you have the software available (and what about the lost data) ... but why does it fail (corrupt) in the first place? think

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
