Thanks Geoff, those I've found. Up close the apparatus appears to be a Drager clone, even the software smacks of "cut & paste"!!!

I suspect that H&L is the OEM.

A bit like Lohmeier used to be for "Siemens" monitors (as well as some B.Braun kit). smile

PS: Apparently, H&L is known as Lowenstein Medical these days.

Most likely...the MS Westfalia Maja anesthetic app. looks to be the result of a night of passion between Drager and Datex Ohmeda blush

Yes; but who is it actually made by? And where (China, Korea)?* think

You never know who owns who these days. I generally like to drill down to the OEM (or, in some cases, the "assembler"), myself.

BTW, it's interesting to note that MSW is active in Russia and Kazakhstan (as well as in the field of Service Training). Heavily into Topcon, too.

Pity that UK (medical equipment) manufacturing has lacked this kind of dynamism for so long. frown

Inshallah, this will change once (or if ever) "Brexit" finally happens.

* I notice that the brochure mentions "Anesthetisia". Could this be a major clue, I wonder?

Looks like the time has come to put all that REME training (indoctrination) to good use, Malcolm.

... you know, the bits about "working alone, and on your own initiative" ... "far from the support network" ... and "on equipment you may never have encountered before" ... etc.

Oh yes, those were the days! smile

But in those days you only had a court marshal and the "Red Caps" to deal with if you killed a patient!!!!!
Older and hopefully wiser.....
