Hi there,

I have a CME Color Vision BodyGuard 595 PCA pump that requires a new color display. I have the service manual with a procedure to replace it. However, the New Zealand company 'REM Systems' has stated that the display is not a 'field replaceable part' and insists that it must be sent to them for repair.

Is this the same in the UK?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

You can replace the colour screen on the colourvisions here in the UK (we have 545 and 575 pumps)

Same here in Oz. REM Systems seem to take this attitude to just about ever type of repair frown
