Dear helpers
Hope this message finds you well, I did the corner calibration of the scale and by mistake I did it wrong, and afterwards during switching on (switched to 2 calibration) an error is displayed E10.12. I need some help to clear that error or can you indicate how to do factory reset of the scale or provide diagnostic software seca serva 2.0please? I already in possession of the service manual.
Thankyou in advanced

Many thanks for your reply
The manual underlines the use of a diagnostic software called seca serva 2.0, I tried to find it but with no success.
Just I am thinking if there is a way how to reset settings the scales by using its keypad.
Thankyou for your attention

I have also had a pretty good root about on line ... but without success. frown

Sounds to me like you've got an EPROM full of garbage data. Probably due to cal values being outside of expected limits, I should imagine.

Trouble is - if you wipe that out, will it reset to default settings to allow another attempt at re-cal?

The biomed's dilemma (and no doubt the sort of thing we have all experienced).

I would start with:- batteries out; then batteries back in. After that - well, how badly does the user need the scales?

Good Luck! smile
