Update time!
The board arrived, but despite an instruction on the order, had not been sent to the technical department for the software installation first.
So I sent it there myself.
Then last week while I was on holiday, a call came in that the board was faulty and would not accept the installation so now I have to wait for the part to be reordered internally at Covidien.
Ho hum.
"Scusi" was "excuse me" in Italian, not SCSI! Just in case that caused confusion...
