Does anyone have a spare Covidien Puritan Bennet 840 Exhalation Valve assembly available?

One of our vents has failed and we are desperate.

Unfortunately nothing my way. However, I successfully greased an exhalation assembly that was failing EST and expiratory valve cal's. After greasing I performed a couple of cal's and flew through an EST. It's straight forward, 4 screws on the expiratory side, removal the panel, open the valve and grease using crytox or the like.

Gain resolution on Calibration and then EST Fail.

I have replaced the part and solved the issue.

We had the same issue in the past with two other units, cleaning solved the issue,
