Hello everyone,
I was testing part on machine and I turned the original back and reinstall the software, and I get 99999 serial number with a free license, is there anyone can help me with this issue please .

We've had this one before, Ali ... but we never got the details of the solution, unfortunately.

Maybe we'll have better luck this time.

It seems that with these machines (and as you found out the hard way), you should not replace more than one part at a time - something about needing to know the serial number of each part, I believe.

You need go to the windows, open "internet explorer" and go to https://localhost:81/, here you can set Serial Number of your system.

Yes; I also saw that one Neil ... but felt that more clarity is (was) required.

You know, a step-by-step approach to bringing the machine back to life. So far I have not seen this.

It would be nice if someone used to the Siemens (or Acuson) S2000 could confirm the process.

What if the machine doesn't get past boot-up, for example?

How to access the OS (Win XP)? And does it have a browser (IE) built in, I wonder.

Pity I don't have a S2000 here to have a play with.
