I would like to reassure all of our exhibitors, delegates, visitors and speakers that the EBME Expo will be going ahead as planned on June 30th and July 1st 2021 at the Marshall Arena, Milton Keynes.

The Marshall Arena has a capacity of 5,000 people, which means that the EBME Expo can proceed with a capacity of up to 1,000 people at any one time. These rules will have no impact on our projected numbers, and our registration numbers are the highest that we have ever experienced since the event started

With the vast majority of our attendees being NHS Staff, we expect the overwhelming percentage of our attendees to be double vaccinated against COVID-19, therefore providing maximum protection against the virus.

With the exhibition going ahead under the current rules the only differences that we will experience onsite from the previous edition, will be that the conference area and workshops will be seated allowing for social distancing and all food and beverages must be consumed sitting down – this will be within the designated areas, on the exhibition stands or outside. Masks will be compulsory inside the Expo (apart from exempt individuals), except when sitting down.

The EBME Expo will be hosted in accordance with the ‘All Secure’ global framework for the safe reopening of business events and exhibitions. You can view the measures that we will be putting in place to ensure everyone’s safety, whilst maintaining a business conducive environment here.

If you are no longer able to attend the exhibition, then please let us know here: https://www.ebme-expo.com/unable-to-attend-ebme-expo

We look forward to welcoming you all back onsite and hosting what promises to be the best edition of the EBME Expo to date.
