with the extract of the paragraph that cites just how long the medical gas tubes may be used.

Regards.

Low-pressure hose assemblies for use with medical gases?

Most ad-hoc (non-official) documents I have seen usually say something like:- "Check date hose was manufactured. Replace (renew) if over five years old".

Eastwood Park (2005) said:-

1) Manufacturer's recommendations suggest a quarterly inspection.
2) Manufacturers also recommend hoses be replaced every 3 to 5 years.

It seems that most manufacturers settle for five years (for example:- BeaconMEDAES, bpr, mediTECH) et al. Presumably, they follow the latest Standards!

Are your hoses marked with date of manufacture?

The Yorkshire coast is very nice at this time of year (heavy rain and thunder last night).

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
