Hi,

We have noticed since Hillrom have bought over Welch Allyn the CSM Service manual has changed. More so the electrical safety test has now changed from a class II to a Class I internally powered. Has anyone noticed this and if so how do you electrical safety test to class I with no earth stud?

Cheers

Page 108 "Electrical safety testing" of the manual seems to be quite comprehensive. It covers both external and internal power supplies. It also mentions an "EP" (equipotential terminal). Does your unit differ from the one described in the manual?

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
