Does anyone have a service manual or know how to clear the Service due message on this unit.
Vitalograph want 215 for this.

any other info on how you manage this type of equipment would be readily accepted.

Cheers

Hi Alan

Did you have any luck clearing the service warning from the Vitalograph model 6000? I come accross these often I would like to know the process. I can get the unit into hardware test mode (press enter whilst switching on. LED will be red. Press enter then around 10 more times and you have the hardware test menu). If you run the RTC test is seems to set the unit back to date and time of manufacture. This will clear the service warning code but the date will be incorrect. changing the date back to the correct one and the service code is back once again. Any help appreciated.

If you power on and wait for the led to go green, now hold DEL. Press Y to restore default settings. This will switch off the service reminder, all you need to do is set the time/date in config(8)
