... actually ESAB ... which is a large and long established company, traditionally known primarily for welding technologies. It will be interesting to see if the Therapy Equipment brand survives amongst all the others in the group. I note that the latest TE catalogue already gives prominence to GCE Healthcare.
If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

I'm a little concerned by this take over, we replaced our O2 flowmeters and suction regulators with Therapy's diamond range and have always had a great working relationship with them, the last 3 months or so our long term rep has left the company and we have contacted them several times to find out who our new rep is....no reply.
Hopefully this isn't a sign of what's to come.

Hi all.....we are experiencing the same as GlynEd. Jason was wonderful as a rep, sadly he has now left and we are also trying to get their new rep to respond to no avail.

Same problem here with the rep, took quite a while to reply to an email. We have Diamond flowmeters, suction, gas regulators and entonox. I need spares for the entonox demand valve but all this has gone to another company, Ash Safety Limited, we are now waiting for prices from them.

According to their website, Ash Safety are distributors and service agents for GCE (amongst many other things).

Seem to have gone into complete radio silence - they were never particularly quick at warranty repairs but we've got stuff that was sent back around the time of takeover and now can't get response from any contacts supplied.
We did have a couple of GCE regulators off them just after the takeover and they were pretty nice pieces of kit...
I laugh in the face of danger. Then I hide 'til it goes away.
