Ash Safety Limited, we are now waiting for prices from them. Have you had any response from Ash Safety? We need parts and service kits and they aren't responding to requests....

Yes, we managed to get prices and have now placed an order with them. They cannot give us an ETA for the goods as they are not in stock and their systems are not fully set up yet. Seems to be the same lady in the office answering calls and trying to deal with it.
The GCE rep is offering the EASE II demand value with a large discount. They say they do not need servicing for 10 years. The hose will still need changing and I wonder what spares are available as our Therapy units do get dropped occasionally and require the body changing.

We also had an issue and had to state we were looking at alternatives in order to get a response.
Lots of messing around, but other than a question about servicing, we are still waiting.

We were after case parts / metering drums / gauges for the dialregs and they said they had no stock and were implying that they were going to have to look into having these items manufactured! Hardly the seamless transition they were promising.... Ash Safety

We thought we were getting somewhere, but the service then took a huge nosedive.
Both myself and a supervisor are being ignored.
Lots of broken promises, lack of communication, and warranties no longer exist.
We are looking at alternative companies
