Here's a site that may generate some interest (SWIDT).

At first glance it appears odd that the Swiss are importing and exporting electrical energy at the same time.*

It would be nice to find similar real-time information about power generation in other counties (eg:- the UK, France, the USA, African nations etc.).

* Data is delayed by 20 minutes, apparently.

Maybe there is a slight of hand taking place.... buy in at X and sell at Z ???

I've sometimes wondered how they get the frequency deviation to average out to zero over each twenty-four hour period.

A short, sharp heavy load at 23:59 should slow things down a bit. But what if the error is in the other direction?
