Hello guys

I have face of face a problem about fanem incubator. When I turn on it ,it is giving high temperature alarm and dont open. I cehecked air probe but it is ok. Have anyone experienced this problem? And I need service manual of it.

Brother, i dont have any service manual of it.
But from my experience i can guide u a little.
Check for HIGH HEAT TEMPERATURE SENSOR SWITCH as safety mechanism to safegaurd the infant. It may be short or faulty.
Second check for HIGH HEAT ALARM CIRCUIT, may be comparator ckt checking for specific voltage to trigger High or low heat alarm.
Third & least, check all possible supplies & fuses.. Compare with working unit to trace the fault.

Bro i need a service mannual of fanem c186 ts, temp probe is displaying LLL on seven segment, probe is fine and all parameters are working but displaying LLL on seven segment, i have checked the probe on other incubator its working fine, tell me the solution, and if u can send me the mannual ill be thankful tto you
