This is an analyzer of my friend. He bought it 5 years ago and it has been working fine. The firmware version is 1.01.
Now this host has a problem. The problem is that the pressure cannot be returned to zero. In simple terms, it cannot be used.

I disassembled the host. Since it is beyond the manufacturer's warranty period, if I want to repair it now (I mean looking for FLUKE service), I need to pay additional service fees.

I disassembled it in the hope that friends who buy the same type of host will be cautious in purchasing, because the quality is not reliable.
In addition, I have not been able to find the entrance to VT650 calibration. If you have the same interest, please contact me. Thank you.[Linked Image][Linked Image]

VT650 frequently experiences respiratory ratio display errors(I:E).
Sometimes it may not trigger,Need to manually adjust the threshold,Only then will it turn green normally and trigger.

This is a problem encountered in practical use,FlukeBiomedical does not have a complete solution, and the official response is that it will be resolved through firmware upgrade, but it has not been perfected yet

Hi ! did you:
- replaced the O² sensor cell (seems to be from 2019)?
- try to zero the pressure sensors WITHOUT the caps on the inlets ?

Best of luck

Thanks.

I tried replacing the O² sensor unit and pressing the zero button,But unfortunately, there is no improvement.
The most important issue is that users cannot perform calibration operations privately.
I don't even know how to get into calibration(service) mode

I try to read the FM24CL64BG chip,It seems that the calibration information is not stored internally,I guess the calibration information should be stored inside the main chip LPC1857FET256
