Hi all. I am having issue of USER TEST FAILED in lifepak 20e defibrillator. Defib is working ok, delivering joules. Just this issue as this user test passing is mandatory for that institution. How to solve this issue. I have seen paddles pre amplifier issue. Kindly explain what my be the solution. Also share schematic diagram of that preamplifier if possible.
Thanks in advance.

Hi daisizhou.
I have not tried complete test. But checked joule delivered on the analyzer and it is delivering. Self test at boot up ok. Where to do complete test? Guide me I will try. But according to manual it's DRFIB PADDLE PRE-AMPLIFIER issue in main board.
I don't have schematic diagrams of it so can't verify pre amplifier readings.
Will wait for your further guidance.
Thanks

As far as I can remember, you open the plastic flap on the right side.
Find the "System or Menu" option and follow the on-screen instructions.
Complete the system check step by step. Only after checking will the error prompt disappear.(The error I'm referring to is a red "x", if it's not please send a picture)
If the check stops at any step, then the error occurred here,By the way, is the system time normal?

Date time ok. All errors cleared from log. But there is no detail checking setup. Only in service mode (event + options button during bootup). It checks buttons, contrast etc. not major board checking. In main window there is only USER TEST in options. That test failing every time.

At which step did you finally stop?
Or enter service mode to view error codes
Sending pictures may be more accurate

Maybe you need to carry out the programmed maintenance and then reset the maint. log.
