Estou com um Huvitz HRK 7000 com a seguinte pane: faz todo procedimento para medir a refração, automático ou manual faz o bip, mas nao registra a medida, aparece a mensagem repetir a operação. Em alguns raros momentos mede normalmente.

I have a Huvitz HRK 7000 with the following failure: it does all the procedure to measure the refraction, automatic or manual makes the beep, but does not register the measurement, the message appears to repeat the operation. In rare moments it measures normally.

Can someone help me and send me the service manual. Grateful.

Could it be anything to do with "Auto" versus "Manual" modes of operation?

In Auto mode, measurement shall (should) only take place when eye conditions are correct (aligned, focussed etc.).

In Manual mode, the unit should respond to the Measurement button on the joy-stick.

It's an intermittent crash. When the crash appears, even with the test eyes the problem occurs. It's an electronic malfunction.
