MIUS has had a Ninth year of successive growth with turnover for 2006 exceeding 2Million, much of which is due to the increased uptake on MIUS service contracts, and our latest service (Probe fix) which is a customised process for carrying out repairs to any make and type of Probe. 

Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust became our single largest service customer with over 60 systems, of many different makes and models, placed under a MIUS “Constructive Comprehensive Contract”.

Mike Sweaney, head of clinical engineering, commented  MIUS Ltd have a proven track record of excellence in ultrasound service support and by utilising their services we are able to improve our service provision within the trust and at the same time save the trust an estimated 150,000 per year. MIUS Ltd. were highly recommended by all the trusts we approached for references and their flexible approach to service provision has enabled them to customise a comprehensive maintenance arrangement for the Hammersmith Hospital which fully fits in with the service model we decided to utilise.
