TSI Open New European Service Center in UK

Dear TSI Customer:
TSI is pleased to announce the planned opening of an expanded European Service Center at a new location in High Wycombe, UK. All existing service operations in Sweden and the UK will be consolidated into the new High Wycombe facility. We believe this operational change will enhance service throughout Europe and the Middle East. The consolidated service center will allow TSI to focus resources and investments targeted to improve service quality and lead times.
As part of this consolidation we will be closing our service facility in Sweden. Effective July 1, 2008 all instruments previously serviced in Sweden will be serviced in the new High Wycombe Service Center. As always, please refer to the instructions in the on-line RMA system on the TSI web site when sending instruments to TSI for repair or calibration. The on-line RMA system will be updated to reflect the address of the new Service Center shortly before the opening date.
During the transition period, TSI will take steps to minimize any service disruption. However, the move will result in a temporary increase in service lead times. The move will begin in June and be completed by July 1, 2008. In anticipation of these changes, we encourage you to consider your upcoming repair and calibration requirements.
TSI recognizes this important step forward may be accompanied by some inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period. Thank you for your business and continued support.
