If you need to send in items beforehand, deliveries can be made to the hotel no more than 24 hours before the event.
Each item must be clearly labelled as follows:
The hotel have requested all collections to have been completed within 3 days of the event.
The venue will be available for setting up of your allocated exhibition space 7am - 9am on the day.
This event is taking place in the Clydesdale Ballroom on the first floor of the Milton Keynes Doubletree Hilton Hotel, MK1 1ST.
There is ‘step-less’ access available if required - when you arrive, go to reception and let them know you need access to ‘Gate 1’. They will then direct you and let you in.

The exhibition spaces will be clearly marked with the allocated stand number and Ruth Sandham and Huw Davies will be available on-site to assist. Each exhibition space will be clearly marked out to assist all the exhibitors to keep within their allocated space (standard exhibition spaces are 2.5m wide x 2m deep). Where the allocated stand space is exceeded, or where walkways / aisles are impeded because of the exhibitors display, the organiser will require the exhibitor to remove as much of their exhibition as necessary to keep within the allocated space or keep aisles clear.
Each exhibition space will have 2 chairs provided and a 6ft x 3ft table (with tablecloth) if you have requested one.
One power socket will be available for each exhibition space.
If you have had items shipped to the hotel in advance, these items can be located in the Enterprise suite on level 1 (next to the Ballroom). Storage for boxes etc. on the day is also available in this room.

Delegate registration is from 9am on the day, but often, people do start to arrive before that.
Exhibitor passes are required for the duration of the seminar; they will be found on your stand. Please note that there is a limit of 2 representatives per exhibition space, unless additional representative places have been booked in advance.
There will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to visit your stands at the start and end of the day, as well as during the breaks;
• 0900 – 0945hrs (registration)
• 1100 – 1130hrs
• 1300 – 1415hrs (lunch)
• 1515 – 1545hrs
• 1625 - please note, to allow delegates to visit stands at the end of the seminar and also to minimise noise disruption during lectures, please do not breakdown your stand before 4.30pm (to be completed by 6.30pm).
Please ensure your stand is staffed at all times.
All of the refreshment breaks have been split to allow exhibitors to be served before the delegates. The exhibitor’s lunch will be served at approximately 12 noon, followed by the delegate’s lunch at approximately 1300hrs.
Please vacate the seating area once you have eaten to ensure that lunch can be finished in good time, therefore allowing the delegates plenty of time to visit all the stands.
