hi all, i have problem my ACL 100, the problem is the temperature inside the peltier unit not funtion. what the meaning of the peltier unit?
this unit have cooling inside? anyone know the function of this ACL 100.

If I remember correctly, the Peltier effect is related to devices constructed of dissimilar materials, like a thermocouple. The device operates in the reverse way to a thermocouple. If you pass current through the dissimilar materials junction, heat is absorbed from the environment, ie it cools things down.

hi rick thanks for your information, can you explain more details about material junction you said? i alreday open the assy unit of peltier, inside the assy have some metal plate i think this metal for cool the compartment? confused

If i am not mistaken, the peltiar module maintain the coagulation reagent well to low temperature. It is formed by two ceramic plates with an array of small Bismuth Telluride cubes in between. When a DC current is applied heat is moved from one side of the device to the other. The "cold" side is commonly used to cool. If the current is
reversed the device makes an excellent heater.

It is available in the market depends on your use and spec.

I don't know much about peltiar modules, but all coagualtion monitors that I have worked with have a temperature well for the sample which is maintained at 37 degrees to give a meaningful result.

what temp at peltier unit? result temp given at display **** that mean this unit cannot read the temp? what cause if display show at temp peltier is **** anyone know?
