Can someone help me to find the Technical service manual of:
1) Hamilton Medical - Galileo - Ventilator
2) Bio-med Devices - Crossvent 4 - Ventilator
3) Sechrist - IV-100B - Ventilator
or send me the details (Parts numbers) of the Mantenance kit of this ventitors.

Welcome to the forum, Ahmed. Perhaps it would be better (simpler, easier to understand and respond to) if you simply made a single post listing all the manuals you are hoping to obtain!  May I suggest also that it could spur others to great acts of generosity if you briefly introduced yourself, and perhaps hinted at why you need these manuals. Clues:- private contractor, servicing company, charity group, government hospital etc., etc.
If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
