Hi Nick,
Would you be so kind and help me out with an error code E04 in a Stryker 40L insufflator? How could we resolve this problem? What could have caused it?
The unit has been running perfectly for over 10 years and suddenly it stopped with this message. We also have a similar type but 30L flow unit. Can that have the same problem?

Error code 4 is for General gas supply error.

Sorry for the delay havn't been on here in a while, if it's been running perfectly for 10 years is it time to upgrade?

If not how often is the unit serviced and calibrated?

err 01-error in difference pressure-check l10,replace ANA PCB
err 03-initializing error-replace cpu pcb
err 04-flow sensor drift-check flow sensor separator and replace if necessary
err 20-automatic relief system blockage-check automatic relief system and replace if necessary
err 21-fluid sensor error-check and clean fluid sensor and all tube
replace if necessary
err01/02-eprom error-replace cpu pcb
err 15-temp. difference bet. service menu L02 and l03 is too small-let divice cool for 30min. L02 repeat,L03 repeat but cover the device andplace it in a draft-free area

Note: In my experience,i replaced i.c. 93lc56b of cpu pcb and re- set all error code,I don't exprience, to have a back repair after resetting all error code.

Normally when the gas connector filter is blocked,you can't set your flow at high settings,bec. your pressure will affected.This is the cause of gas supply alarm even you have a full tank.

40L core contamination,if the insufflator is hermses it's very difficult to reset this error.40L with big screen and with sidne connections has already a reset error code,this will show when you access the service mode.I hope this will help you a lot to solve the error problem.

Would you tell me how to reset all the error code?
I replaced eprom but I don't have code for reset or password
to access? If you can guide me that will be wonderful.Thanks.

Hi,I replaced eprom IC 93lc56b on Stryker 30L because fluid sensor defected, after replaced eprom error-21 showed and alarm
lit, I tried reset error code but hasn't successed.
Would you email me how to reset it or how to get in to service mode or need to have password? Thank you.
