I have three of sysmex KX-21N
Sysmex KX-21n SN:A 5966
An error waste not drained appear I cleaned waste chamber,transducers...,I did deprime of system to ,flush system by D.water no use

Sysmex KX-21n SN:A 6980
High background,I changed reagents with new one i did clean system no use,I think there is may be blockage in tube
because the client stop using device for one moth with its reagents in

Sysmex KX-21n SN:A 4016
this device allowed to stay switshed off for one year
There were many tubes are bocked by reagent salt
I cleaned it the system worked good but dose not aspirate enough sample amout
and dileunt replenished error usually appear
I changed the compressor but no change in the two errors

Plz your help
to resolve these problems

It sounds like you are already on the right track there, Mohammad.

Clean ... clean ...clean! And (of course) change the tubing wherever you can.

Also make sure that power supply voltages are spot-on, transducer (electrode) etc. connections are good, and pumps all work well. All the usual stuff, really.

Meanwhile, has anyone sent the manual to Frank yet?
