I will be sending out your certificates by email this week.

However, we had a few 'on the day' registrations and although we have your names and hospitals we didn't get your email addresses.

If you were one of these delegates, can you please pm or email me your email address to tie up with the list we made on the day?

Thanks.

Then there's the joy of queuing at Heathrow for three hours whilst they go through the pretence of "border controls". whistle

Dont see very many real Techs in these photos, not saying that we stand out like a sore thumb or anything smile , just seeing a lot of suits.

Some of us like to look smart and wear suits when out and about; if nothing else it stops people thinking that you are one of the doctors.

What's that? Are there doctors about wearing boiler suits then? smile

Actually, your observation (about doctors) is a good one. Especially the female ones, if my own experiences are anything to go by. The "debates" about Professionals etc., etc. that we see on here from time to time immediately spring to mind.

Are the biomeds more professional than the Professionals? think

On the other had, a tech can still look smart without resorting to "formal attire". That's another Old Chestnut that has been threshed about a bit on here (in the past) as well. And I may as well bung in this one whilst I'm at it:- which is better, looking (acting) smart, or being smart (and, not only that, but doing smart things as well)?

OK ... I was using different meanings of the word "smart", there. There's a word for that you know:- it's called being a smart-[censored]! Ha, ha.
