Don’t worry, John, as long as the kit is still being used, some one will still be needed to fix it. I see a different mix of technical support on the horizon, however, with the cosy old NHS EBME departments becoming a thing of the past. Lean, mean and focused is how it looks in my crystal ball. The future looks bright for contractors, I would say! Anyway want to join us (… to beat the rush, as it were)?
