We have been running a card system for some time now. The system we use is a two part label which is attached to the equipment. When the equipment is collected, the bottom part is completed and detached so we know where the equipment is destined. The top part is completed when the equipment is finished with and cleaned and the decontamination section on the label comleted, on the reverse details of any faults can be reported.
