We have the Kreuzer arms in both ITU and HDU. They were installed by East Healthcare - but I've no idea who is dealing with them now. I know they were made to order in Germany but I wasn't involved in actually placing the orders so can't give you any more information.
They are very well made, liked by the staff because they're easy to move, and the internal conduits etc for the cables are well layed out - we've had no problems with cables breaking or getting snarled up.
