I voted for, at the moment, my understanding was that while we don't know fully how these changes would affect us in the long run, there was no other offer or deal on the table. Therefor a YES would at least move things along, and early impimentation could begin, so that in the future things should be sorted and we will know how the new changes will affect us overall.
Then there will be a further vote to fully accept the new proposals. That as I understand it will be the time for the accept or reject on a nation wide basis.
This is my understanding, I also believe that if you individually do not want this you can remain on your existing trust contract.
Its all as clear as mud.
