We are now looking to strengthen the senior HR team with the following posts:

Project Manager - Agenda for Change

c£40,000

This role will provide the right candidate with a tremendous opportunity to develop his/her career by working in partnership with staff side and managers at the highest levels within the organisation.

Your role will be to ensure that the new NHS pay system is implemented in accordance with the national framework but adapted to meet the local circumstances. Your success will depend on your ability to manage the project effectively and by building strong and effective partnerships between managers, staff and their representatives. It is essential that you are already very experienced in change management, with excellent influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have at least five years' senior HR or operational experience within the NHS.

The post is being supported by the Greater Manchester WDC and we anticipate close working with them and other local trusts in sharing experiences of early implementation. Ref: 141/03/FME.
