Blonde Bob Dreamer Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 26 Medical Physics International	I'm only assuming i'm getting R&R, hence the "no pay rise for me". Someone here in a different dept said something about there R&R being fixed, so cost of living rises are on top of that. Is there ant truth in this?
