We have two people working in our equipment library. One is an MTO2 (but not technical) and the other employed on Nursing Auxilary (?) TOC. Their JD's are pretty much identical allowing for the MTO being a bit more supervisory. So this could be quite a hot spot.

The profile choice would depend whether you were technical or not. Is it mainly storage, cleaning and stock control? The main emphasis of the JD is where the matching panel will start.

As I've said elsewhere - become a member of a Union (I'm GMB) and get representation. Due to the small numbers of Staff Side, they do know their stuff.
