From what I've heard about EBME/Medical Physics MTO3 bandings around the Manchester area (3 Trusts, so far, to my knowledge) they vary from Band5 (MTO3) to Band7 (MTO3***) and some MTO3s have been referred for JEQ I think. Obviously this must be taken as rumour and heresay - but I trust the individuals that have kindly passed the information on. Our banding outcome is imminent.
