At what level do you need to do anatomy/physiology to then? And why? If you were working in Renal or Radiology, or whatever, then wouldn't you need some specialist stuff in that, etc, etc? Pretty soon you end up with what IPEM has outlined I reckon (nobody else has, explicitly as far as I'm aware, at the appropriate level to satisfy the HPC), with enough breadth, if not depth, to justify a vocational degree, i.e. one that's not just based on theory.
