Artemis has an exclusive distribution agreement with Masimo for the UK supply of Radical monitors and Rad 9 monitors, with a non exclusive distribution agreement for sensors and accessories. The footer to the recent letter from Masimo's new UK operation states "Please contact Masimo Corporation UK for details of Masimo Radical and Rad 9 distribution". If you do contact them re Radical and Rad 9 they should refer you to Artemis.
Artemis will also continue to supply Masimo sensors and associated accessories, supported by its team of Sales Specialists across England, Wales and Scotland. Technical support is available both in-house and in the field with ALL our sales, service and distribution activities are covered by our ISO certfication.
