EBME Forums Forums Management Lost and Found Have you lost an MS16A form your Library

BME at the Hallamshire Hsospital in Sheffield, have a MS16a that presumably came in with a patient, the syringe driver is labelled with a red warning sticker and has no battery or battery cover.

It also has yellow labels marked “EQUIPMENT LIBRARY” “RETURN BATTERY WITH DRIVER” and “IB0001” . The serial number is 44425 .
