Hi all
We have experienced, what I believe to be unusuall high leak test failure rates, when using the Labcaire Guradian G4 endoscope washer-disinfector. Scopes have been checked and surprise surprise no leak found. The machine has had numerous leak test modules replaced and countless new leak test connectors supplied. Have any other users of this equipment experienced similar problems?
