I could give you a heads up on Biomed jobs here but it may take a bit of patience getting Biomed jobs here. Right now there 2 opening in Canada, but it is true that you need to get Canadian work experience. The other way is through networking of people who knows you from here that will back your qualification and experiences. If you are planning to immigrate here, you need to start now by applying to any provincial organization that do certification. Ontario has OACETT (see their website
www.oacett.org) The other website is
www.cmbes.ca (they published Biomed jobs around the country). CESO -Clinical Engineering Society of Ontario is the other organization that do quartely meeting of Biomed, normally around Toronto hospitals.
