If you get the appropriate interface lead you can get many manufcturers probes to fit the HP/Philips machines with either plug type.
M1900B takes nellcor and compatables - disposales and finger clips - and I believe Masimo (Artemis) might give you and interface lead if you are buying enough probes; again disposable or finger clips (But don't quote me on that).
